Before finalizing the order, the customer has the opportunity, in addition to seeing the above data, to choose an address fordelivery and method of payment, as well as to write explanatory information. The customer confirms the request and it is considered completed by pressing the virtual button "Order Confirmation". After finalizing the order, the customer receives a confirmation of the request with the same information on the specified phone. For each stage of order processing (confirmation of availability, shipment, etc.), the customer will be notified by an operator by phone or e-mail.

The goods are handed over to the customer or to a third party who accepts and confirms receipt of the same on behalf of the customer. When handing over the goods, the customer or the third party signs the accompanying documents. In the event that the customer is not found within the delivery period at the address specified by him or access and conditions for delivery of the goods are not provided within this period, pensiluet.com is released from its obligation to deliver the goods requested for purchase. The customer can confirm his desire to receive the goods after the expiry of the delivery period, in which he was not found at the address, taking all the additional costs of delivery. In this case, a new delivery period begins accordingly from the moment of confirmation according to the previous sentence.
Possible reasons for blocking the order
The fulfillment of the order may be prevented for any of the following reasons:

2. No payment or delay in payment by the customer. In these cases, the order will not be fulfilled until payment is made. An exception is the case in which the payment method upon delivery (cash on delivery) is selected.
3. The customer has indicated a wrong or incomplete delivery address and/or has not designated a representative to receive the order. In this case, pensiluet.com tries to contact the customer on the specified phone or e-mail (if specified and correct) and specifies the conditions under which the order will be confirmed and executed.
4. Lack of phone number to contact the customer. The order will not be processed due to the impossibility of confirming it.
In the event of delivery problems due to the fault of the store, all additional costs are at the expense of the store. In all other cases, subsequent shipment will be at the customer's expense.
Return of goods
The customer has the right to refuse to receive the goods requested by him, when the delivered goods clearly do not correspond to the ones requested for purchase by the customer and this can be established by a simple inspection, the goods or their packaging were damaged during transportation and the price the customer should pay does not correspond to the price due.
The customer, who is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, has the right to return the goods purchased by him within 7 working days from the date of its receipt after sending a statement of withdrawal from the concluded contract to pensiluet.com and in accordance with the provisions of art. 55 of the Civil Code. For this purpose, the subject of the transaction must be in its original packaging, intact, without signs of use or violation of the commercial appearance of the goods.
Upon receiving the shipment, the customer should check the contents of the package for compliance with the sent goods with the submitted request. In case of detected violations in the appearance of the goods, the customer should contact the courier, who is obliged to draw up a report on damage to the shipment.
